Box එකෙ ඉඳං full restore කරපු urgos වර්ගයෙ clock එකක් මේක

Kienzle movement එකට සමානයි urgos එකත්.

මේක ගෙදරක පාවිච්චි කරපු එකක් නෙවෙ තලල විනාශ කරල අන්තිමට පරන යකඩ කඩේකට දීල යකඩ කඩෙ තිබිල කෙනෙක් අරගෙන මං ගාවට restore කරන්න ආව එකක්.
මේකෙ වීඩියො එක බැලුවනම් පේනව සම්පූර්ණ විනාශ උන එකක්.
මට මේකට front plate අලුතෙන් දාන්න උනා.
Repair පැත්ත තිබ්බෙ gear train එකයි lever system එකෙයි
warning wheel කැඩිල ඊයම් තියල. ඒ ඔක්කොම ලියවල නැවත යතාතත්වයට අරගත්ත.

සෑහෙන වැඩ කොටසක් කරල ඔරලෝසුව මුල් තත්වයටම ගත්ත. මේක නම් ගන්න දෙයක් නැ ඇත්තටම සෑහෙන්න විනාශ කරල තමයි මේ ඔරලෝසුව බැරිම තැන යකඩ කඩේකට දීල තියෙන්නෙ 😄....

Ansonia date drop octogen clock

සම්පූර්ණ restore කරපු ටිකක් දකින්න අඩු rare clock එකක් තමයි මේ. Ansonia කියන්නෙ කොහොමත් seth thomas වගෙ නිතර දකින්න ලැබෙන්නෙ නැති clock model එකක්. මේකත් ලංකාවෙ අය අතර ජනප්‍රිය සෙත් තෝමස් වගේම ඇමරිකානු නිශ්පාදනයක්.
මේ clock එක 1915 විතර වෙලඳපලට ආවා. ඒත් මහා පරිමාන නිශ්පාදනයක් නම් නෑ මේවයෙ. ලංකාවෙ කොහොමත් rare 😄.

මේකෙ විශෙශම දෙ තමයි date drive mechanism එක. මේකෙ patent එක තියෙන්නෙත් ansonia සමාගමට විතරයි. මොකද date wheel locking එක සහ shift වෙන කොටස ඔක්කොම වෙන්නෙ ගියර් 2 කින් විතරයි. Horology වලදි ඇමරිකන් clock making වලදි මේක කතා කෙරෙනව. ඉතින් මේ mechanism එක දිකින්න පුලුවන් ansonia වල විතරමයි වෙන ඇමරිකන් කිසිම ඔරලෝසුවක නෑ.

මේක ලැබෙන කොට movement එකෙ gear shraft මලකඩ කාලා pivot hole වලට ඇලිල තිබ්බෙ. දුනු සහ සියලුම කොටස් මලකඩ කාලා. අවුරුදු ගානක් එක තැන තිබ්බ එකක්.
ඉතින් ඒ ඔක්කොම ultrasonic clean කරල, ඇක්සල් සහ lantern pinion polish කරල මුල් තත්වයට ගත්ත.
Mainspring 2 ත් සම්පූර්ණයෙන් rust වෙලා spiral ඇලිල තිබ්බෙ ඒවත් polish කරල oil කරා.

අනික් එක මේකෙ dial එක ඒ කාලෙ ආව enamel කෝටින් එක දැං ගැලවෙන්න පටං අරං ඉතින් ඒ පැච් වහන්න ගිහින් dial එකත් සවුත්තු වෙලා. Number මැකිල තිබ්බෙ.
ඉතින් dial එකත් සම්පූර්ණ මුල් තත්වයටම අරං
සම්පූර්ණ restore එකක් කරා.

Clock එක එදා තිබුන මුල් තත්වයටම ගොඩ දැම්ම. ඔයාලට පේනව ඇති මේකෙ box එකෙ ඇතුලෙ තියෙන label එක. ඒකත් ඒ කාලෙ ආව ප්‍රින්ට් එකමයි ❤️

ඉස්සර කාලෙ omax කියන්නෙ මිනිස්සු අතර සෑහෙන ජනප්‍රිය watch brand එකක්. මේ දැන්වීමත් මං ගත්තෙ 1977 නිකුත් වුන ලංකාදීප පත්තරෙකින්.

Omax සමාගම එයාලගෙ automatic models වලට පාවිච්චි කලෙ AS, ETA වගෙ movement manual ඒවට පාවිච්චි කලෙ eb වගෙ ගොඩක් cheap ඒවා.
Omax watch වල ජනප්‍රියම collectors ල හොයන model එක තමයි omax spaceman කියන්නෙ. මං පොටො එකකුත් දාන්නම් දැන්වීමත් එක්ක.
ලංකාවෙත් ඇති මේ model එකෙ watch තියෙන අය. ( මම නම් තාම දැකල නෑ )

අද වෙද්දි නම් ඇත්තටම omax කියන නමට තමයි මිනිස්සු watch ගන්නෙ. මොකද Quartz Revolution එක්ක omax සමාගම පසු බහිනව අන්තිමට කම්පැනි වැහිල නම විකිනෙනව ජපන් සහ හොන්ග් කොන්ග් සමාගම් වලට. පස්සෙ ඉතින් omax කියන්නෙත් watch history එකෙ Heritage brand එකක් විදිහට ඉතිහාසයට එකතු වුන watch brand එකක්.
