A New Chapter Begins: Maris Stella College, Thimbirigaskatuwa Embraces a Future of Dynamic Leadership
Maris Stella College, Thimbirigaskatuwa, marks a historic milestone as the College takes a bold and forward-looking step in its journey of excellence. With the policy decision, in consultation with the School Administration and the Archdiocesan Director of Education and the General Manager of the Catholic Private Schools in the Archdiocese of Colombo, to limit key leadership roles to a three-year term, the year 2026 will usher in a new era of leadership and renewal.
This visionary move reflects the College’s commitment to good governance, shared responsibility, and sustainable progress. By encouraging periodic leadership transitions, Maris Stella College creates opportunities for fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and the nurturing of future leaders who will carry forward the proud legacy of the institution.
As we express our deep gratitude to those who have served with dedication and distinction, we also look ahead with confidence and hope.
