Lavtc Computer Engineering & Graphic Art is the most popular division at LAVTC Minister Lalith Atulathmudali. But during his lifetime it could not be achieved.

Lalith Atulathmudali Vocational Training Center was established to commemorate late Hon. When the honorable Minister initiated the “Mahapola Higher Education Project” he had in mind to establish a “Mahapola Computer Training Centre” in parallel to the above project. Computer engineering & Graphic art division has been formed in May 2010..Mr.M.N.P.Aponsu is the first Head Of the Division (HOD) it.
