Mrs. Shabnaz brings over 15 years of teaching experience to our Montessori. She loves educating and caring for children, finding joy in how their individual personalities make every day unique and special. Her expertise and passion help children nurture their skills in learning and socializing, leaving a positive influence on their lives. Badoordeen holds an AMI Montessori diploma and an English diploma, underscoring her commitment to high-quality education. Zweena Badoordeen - Directress
Ms. Zweena has over 3 years of experience as a teacher in Sri Lanka, where she taught STEM subjects to various age groups. After moving overseas for higher studies, she completed a degree in Biomedical Science and has been working in for over 7 years in reputed public and private sectors. Currently residing in Melbourne, Australia, Ms. Zweena brings valuable expertise in standardizing procedures in health and safety, education, certifications, training etc. She focuses on improving workflow and the experience of children and ensuring quality education is brought from Australia to Sri Lanka. Zweena collaborates with other teachers and therapists overseas to find the best approaches for our Montessori program. Vinuri Abeygunawardana - Principal
Ms. Vinuri Abeygunawardana is our dedicated principal with over 7 years of experience as an AMI teacher. She holds an AMI diploma and an NVQ diploma, reflecting her strong educational background. Vinuri manages the staff and works alongside the directors to improve workflows. Her passion for children is evident in her commitment to creating a nurturing and effective learning environment. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for every child, fostering their growth and preparing them for a bright future.
