Children from the Sarvodaya Suwasetha Leela Jayasekara Child Development Centre spent a beautiful morning at Vishva Niketan International Peace & Meditation Centre this March, making nature bracelets, pasting big dahl, and simply being present with the world around them.

Guided activitues helped them improve focus, creativity, eye-hand coordination, and fine motor skills while enjoying a joyful and meaningful learning experience.

For children aged 3–5, it wasn't just play. It was gentle connection with nature while practicing mindfulness.

Watching them slow down, observe, and express themselves through nature was a reminder of something we adults often forget, the best classroom has no walls. 🌱
