සූර්ය උදාවත් සමඟ නව ආරම්භයකට මග පාදන මේ සිරිමත් සිංහල හා දෙමළ අලුත් අවුරුදු සමය, සිරිත් විරිත්, සෙනෙහස සහ එකමුතුවෙන් හදවත පුරා සතුට පිරෙන සුන්දර කාලයකි.

අපේ සංස්කෘතියේ වටිනාකම් සුරකිමින්, පවුල් සබඳතා තවදුරටත් ශක්තිමත් කරමින්, සතුට බෙදාගන්නා මොහොතක් බවට මේ අවුරුද්ද පත්වේවා. පසුගිය අභියෝග සියල්ල අතහැර දමා, නව බලාපොරොත්තු සහ සාර්ථකත්වයන් සමඟ ඉදිරියට යාමට අප සැමට ශක්තිය ලැබේවා.
