🥋 Introducing Our New Karate Head Coach

We are proud and excited to introduce our new Head Coach of Zahira College Karate – Sensei Dilshan Jurangpathy.

With over 29 years of experience in martial arts, Sensei Jurangpathy brings a wealth of knowledge, discipline, and passion to our program. He is a 6th Dan Black Belt (Roku-Dan) and has served as a National Coach, as well as the Sri Lanka Representative of Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation (SKIF).

His remarkable journey includes:
• Representing Sri Lanka at international championships including the Asian Games and South Asian Games
• Winning multiple international medals for the country
• Producing and mentoring athletes at national and school levels
• Serving as Head Coach for leading institutions and national-level teams

Beyond his achievements, Sensei is deeply committed to building discipline, respect, confidence, and excellence among students.

We are confident that under his leadership, Zahira College Karate will reach new heights and continue to develop well-rounded athletes and individuals.

Let us warmly welcome Sensei Jurangpathy to the Zahira family and look forward to an exciting journey ahead.
