AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in a global learning environment.
Even though it’s a full-on young way of life, AIESEC is a value-based organization, which means that we have a set of values that we think will lead the organization towards our goals and visions. In general, values are enduring traits, beliefs, convictions and characteristics that are deemed to be important and worthwhile.
