CuridLabs is looking a Business Development Manager to join the team immediately!

CuridLabs is an innovative educational institution located in Malabe, offers STEM related courses to students in Sri Lanka. The role will focus on the business growth and expansion of CuridLabs by approaching school-teacher networks and consistently meeting sales targets set by the business.

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven individual for this results-oriented and target-driven role.

What we are looking for:
Hold a full or part qualification in CIM/ SLIM or a Bachelor’s degree specialized in Marketing or Business Management from a reputed University
Minimum 2 years of business development experience preferably in an education or IT industry
Excellent communication skills in English
Computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office, specially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Go-getter personality
Able to think critically, strategically aim to achieve given sales targets and great negotiation skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision, high moral and commercial ethics
