➡️එහෙමත් නැත්නම්, තවටිකක් ඉගෙනගෙන රටකට යන්න වගේ හිතාගෙන ඉන්නවද,

➡️දෙමවුපියන්ගේ ව්‍යාපාරයට සපොර්ට් එකක් දෙන ගමන් ඒක දියුණු කරන්න හිතනවද,

ඉතින් මේ පාඨමාලාව සංවිධානය කරන්නේ ලංකා කර්මාන්ත සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලය හා එක්ව, වෘත්තීය කළමණාකරන අධ්‍යයන ආයතනයයි.

මෙහි ඉගැන්වීම් කටයුතු සිදු කරන්නේ, කර්මාන්ත සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලයේ සහතික ලත් ව්‍යාපාර පුහුණු උපදේශකවරුන් විසින්,

සිසුන්ගේ පහසුව වෙනුවෙන් IPMS - මාදම්පේ සහ NDM - මුගුණුවටවන කියන ස්ථාන දෙකේදීම ඉගැන්වීම් කටයුතු සිදුකිරීමට පහසුකම් සලසලා තියෙනවා.

📢📢 පාඨමාලාව සදහා ලියාපදිංචි වෙන මුල් සිසුන් 25 දෙනාට පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුවෙන් 50% ක ශිෂ්‍යත්වයක් ලබාදෙන්නත් වෘත්තීය කළමණාකරන අධ්‍යයන ආයතනය සූදානමින් ඉන්නව. ඒ කියන්නේ, සම්පූර්ණ ගාස්තුව රු.37,000.00 ක් වන පාඨමාලාව රු.18,500.00 කට හදාරන්න, ඉක්මන් කරොත් ඔයාටත් අවස්ථාව තියනවා.

💎💎ඒ විතරක් නෙවෙයි, ලියාපදිංචි වෙන සියලුම සිසුන්ට මාස (03) තුනක Spoken English පාඨමාලාව නොමිලයේ හැදෑරීමටත් අවස්ථාව සලසලා තියනවා.

Professional Qualifications for Gold Finance Management - PQGFM (IPMS)

රන් ණය හා උකස් සේවාව වර්ථමාන මූල්‍ය හා බැංකු ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ වැඩිම ඉල්ලුමක් මෙන්ම ඉහල වර්ධනයක් සහිත ක්ෂේත්‍රයක් බව නොරහසකි... නමුත් එහි රැකියාවෙහි නියුතු නිලධාරීන් හට තමන්ගේ දැනුම සහ කුසලතා වර්ධනය කර ගැනීමට තිබූ අවස්ථාවන් ඉතා සීමිත වූ බව අප කවුරුත් දන්නා කරුනක් වූ අතර එම ක්ෂේත්‍රය වෙනුවෙන් පිලිගත් Professional Qualification එකක් නොතිබීමද එයට හේතුවක් විය.

මේ සදහා IPMS - Institute of Professional Management Studies ආයතනය මගීන් වසර 12කට අදික කාලයක් කරන ලද පර්යේෂණයක සහ උත්සාහයක ප්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස, ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ එතෙක් පැවති සීමාව බිද දමමින් 2024 වසරේ ජනවාරි මාසයේදී වෘතීමය සුදුසුකම් දෙකක් ක්ෂේත්‍රය වෙනුවෙන් දායාද කිරීමට හැකියාව ලැබුනු අතර එය සහතිකපත්‍ර සහ ඩිප්ලෝමා ලෙස අදියර දෙකකින් යුක්ත වේ.

ඉහත අදියර දෙකම, The Sri Lanka Qualifications Framework (SLQF) හී අනුකූලතාවයන්ට අනුව නිර්මාණය කර ඇති අතර ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ අත්දැකීම් සහිත වෘතීමය වශයෙන් සුදුසුකම් ලත් උපදේශක මඩුල්ලක් මගීන් දේශන පැවැත්වීමද විශේෂත්වයකි.

එබැවින් ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ වෘත්තීය පිළිගැනීම ඉහළ නංවාගැනීමට මෙන්ම ආයතනික පාරිභෝගික සේවා හැකියාව වැඩිකර ගැනීමට මෙම පාඨමාලාව දැවැන්ත බලපෑමක් ඉටුකරනු ලබන බව නොඅනුමානයි.

මෙහි දෙවන කන්ඩායම 2025 මැයි මාසයේදී ආරම්භ කිරීමට සියලු කටයුතු සූදානම් කර ඇති අතර, බදවාගැනීම් සදහා ලියාපදිංචිය මේ වන විට ආරම්භ කර ඇති බවද දන්වා සිටිමු.
