Topic: How to use "I can't stand..."

ඔයා පාවිච්චි කරන "I hate" කියන වචනය වෙනුවට ඊට වඩා වැඩි අකමැත්තක් ප්‍රකාශ කරන්න පුළුවන් සුපිරි pattern එකක් තමයි "I can't stand" කියන්නේ. අද වීඩියෝ එකෙන් අපි ඒක නිවැරදිව පාවිච්චි කරන විදිහ ඉගෙන ගමු! 🚫

ඔයාට මේ pattern එකෙන් පස්සේ Noun එකක් (නාම පදයක්) හෝ V-ing form එකක් පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුළුවන්.

Examples:

🚗 I can't stand traffic jams.
(මට වාහන තදබදය ඇත්තටම ඉවසන්න බැහැ.)

🚬 I can't stand the smell of smoke.
(මට දුම් ගඳ ඉවසන්නම බැහැ.)

🤥 I can't stand people telling lies.
(මට මිනිස්සු බොරු කියන එක ඉවසන්න බැහැ.)

I can't help + verb + ing
Examples:
