ශ්‍රී ලාංකේය ළමුන්ගේ නිර්මාණ ශක්තිය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම හා ඇගයිම මූලික පරමාර්ථය කොට මෙම වර්ෂයේදීත් රාජ්‍ය ළමා චිත්‍ර උලෙළ පැවැත්වීමට කටයුත් යොදා ඇත. දිවයිනේ සෑම ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයක්ම නියෝජනය කරමින් සිසු සහභාගිත්වයක් සහිතව මෙම උලෙළ පැවැත් වේ. ළමා නිර්මාණකරුවකු වීමට අවශ්‍ය කුසලතා අත්පත් කර දීමටත් ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය නිර්මාණ චින්තන ශක්තිය වර්ධනය කිරීම කෙරෙහිත් මෙම රාජ්‍ය ළමා චිත්‍ර උලෙළ නැඹුරු වෙයි.

බුද්ධ ශාසන, ආගමික සහ සංස්කෘතික කටයුතු අමාත්‍යාංශය, සංස්කෘතික කටයුතු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සහ රාජ්‍ය දෘශ්‍ය කලා අනුමණ්ඩලය මගින් සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන '2026- රාජ්‍ය ළමා චිත්‍ර උලෙළ" සඳහා නිර්මාණ භාරගැනීම 2026 ජුලි මස 15 වෙනි දින සිට අගෝස්තු මස 31 වෙනි දින දක්වා කොළඹ 07. ජාතික කලාභවනේ දී සිදු කිරීමට නියමිතය.
