A participatory budgeting with local authorities training series were conducted in Batticloar and Jaffna during 29th- 30th April and 2nd -3rd May,2016 for community base organizations and local authorities in respective districts which was facilitated by IIDT and implemented by Cristoffel Blinden Mission Sri Lanka

A training program on Investigative Interviewing procedures which was organized for the police officers in different provinces in Sri Lanka facilitated by Griffith University, Australia and IIDT which was implemented by Australian high commission to Sri Lanka and the Australian awards, during 25th of April to 20th May, 2016.

IIDT has organized a marketing workshop for preparation of "MARKET PLAN" for IIDT's for next few years which was facilitated by Dr.Roger Donbavand who is a volunteer in Project Abroad works for IIDT as a free lance consultant.For the workshop the IIDT staff including General Manager Mr.Azeez and other key staff participated.
