Congratulations for the newly appointed board of Industrial Management Science Students' Association for the year 2019/2020

The Annual General Meeting of the Industrial Management Science Students' Association was held on 28th May from 12pm onwards at the Multimedia Room(A4 202) of Department of Industrial Management, University of Kelaniya.

Pramodi Herath of Level 3 became the winner of "Enliven 2019" the All Island Humorous Speech Competition (Senior Category) organized by Gavel Club of University of Colombo

The launch of the 14th issue of the magazine Exposition was held on 19th of December 2018 at the BMICH.
The grand occasion was graced by the Dean of the Faculty of Science, University of Kelaniya, Prof.Bimali Jayawardene, Mr.Mangala Karunaratne, the CEO of Calcey Technologies as the Keynote Speaker along with the other interviewees of the magazine, different corporate personalities, industrial mentors of the program "Mentoring into Corporate" launched by the department and the Senior Lecturers and the academic staff members of the department.

Spandana CSR project organized for the 3rd consecutive year by the Industrial Management Science Students' Association - IMSSA, of Department of Industrial Management, University of Kelaniya was successfully held from 20th to 22nd of November 2018 at Anu/Rambewa, Konakumbukwewa Maha Vidyalaya.

The project consisted of a seminar series on Science, Mathematics and English for O/L students, a personal progress development programme for the students from Grades 6-9, funding a new building, and donating books and furniture for the library.

We express our immense gratitude to all those who came through and willingly contributed to make this a huge success.

hackX jr.2018, the first ever inter school hackathon organized by a State University, becoming a success, bringing young innovative schooling minds under spotlight.
