You've followed this page for its connection to the Kalyani Institute of Buddhist Studies, which served its purpose well. Now, the page is making a necessary and ethical transition.
The Institution has closed, but the wisdom remains. The focus of this page is officially shifting to applying Buddhist principles as universal, secular tools for modern stress and anxiety management.
