♦️Topic: SGD 5- Gender Equality♀️👩 ✨✨🌟💫💫
♦️Delighted to have moderated a discussion at the School of Thought this week featuring industry experts focused on strategies to fulfill SDG 5.
♦️Today’s women possess the talent and competencies required to excel across every professional sector. While significant challenges persist for female leaders, strategic support and organizational commitment can bridge these gaps. Workplaces must champion equal opportunity by prioritizing qualifications and leadership merit above gender.
♦️Companies and organizations should modernize their workplace policies to dismantle the structural barriers that hinder women's career progression. Implementing initiatives such as flexible working hours and comprehensive maternity and paternity leave is essential for fostering an environment where women can achieve their full potential.
♦️Beyond internal policy shifts, broader societal stereotypes that discourage women from entering the workforce must be challenged. The invisible, unpaid labor performed by millions of women deserves recognition, and domestic responsibilities should be approached as a shared duty. When men contribute equally to household labor, women gain the space and opportunity to drive broader economic development.
♦️Thank you, dear global audience, for tuning in, and special thanks to the Founder and CEO of IPRH, Prof. Dr. Md Shahriar Parvez, CHRC and Independent Perception & Research Hub for the immense support in organizing this event.♀️👩✨✨🌟💫💫

♦️Topic: SGD 4- Quality Education 📚👨🎓✨✨🌟💫💫
♦️This week at the School of Thought, I had the pleasure and privilege of hosting a brilliant panel of experts Prof. Dr Md Shahriar Parvez, CHRC from 🇧🇩 , Prof .Dr. Shpresa Delija from 🇦🇱and Dr. Gloria Ifeyinwa from 🇳🇬 to discuss our collective strategies for achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4.
♦️We emphasized that Quality education serves as the cornerstone for nearly every form of human progress. In an increasingly complex world, leveraging licensed AI applications with activity based learning in higher education can help students filter noise, curate relevant material, and optimize their learning efficiency.
♦️Yet, despite being a fundamental human right, providing equitable, quality education remains a significant challenge. To ensure no learner is left behind, we must prioritize investments where they matter most: bridging the digital divide, building rural infrastructure, and developing educators—creating a powerful ripple effect across society.
♦️Ultimately, modern education must extend beyond core academics. To prepare students for an ever-evolving future, we must actively foster critical thinking, effective communication, global citizenship, and social collaboration.
♦️Thank you, dear global audience, for tuning in, and special thanks to the Founder and CEO of IPRH, Prof. Dr.Md Shahriar Parvez,CHRC and Independent Perception & Research Hub for the immense support in organizing this event.📚👨🎓✨✨🌟💫💫
