The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya, proudly organized the HRM Students’ Research Symposium on 27th February 2026 at the FCMS Auditorium.

The ceremony was held under the theme:
📌 “AI, Organizational Transformation, and the Future of People Management”

We were deeply honoured to have Dr. Michelle Silva, Senior Lecturer in HRM, FCMS, as the keynote speaker of the event.
