Student's Performance, GCE O/L Forecasting System

Term test marks of more than 19,000 students of the 2022 second term test have been entered through the system and all related analysis reports are now available. We would like to thank all the academic and non-academic staff who supported this.

Student's Performance - GCE O/L Forecasting System (SP-GOFS) The first phase of the series of awareness programs to principals about the system and its functionality, as per the instructions of Mrs. Darshani Iddamalgoda , Zonal Director of Education(kegalle), headed by Dr.Ranjith Kumarasiri, Kg/Dudley Senanayake M.M.V. was held on 23.09.2022 at the school main hall. Principals of 25 schools, Deputy Principals of Education Development and sectional heads were participated for this.

After the Covid-19 pandemic when the schools commenced the onsite teaching and learning process, we couldn't measure or identify learning losses easily for students and respective subjects at the school, divisional and zonal levels. So, we develop this system to address the above issue to sustain efficient and effective teaching-learning interventions to cater to all students.
We can use SP-GOFS to make decisions on formative assessment marks to reduce the learning losses for each and every student.
Education Management can generate user-friendly customized reports to identify students' learning losses and they can enhance students' performance and forecast students’, schools', divisions', and zonal performance for the subsequent five years.
