Ruhiru Paramitha 2025 – A Heartfelt Thank You for Saving Lives

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the “Ruhiru Paramitha” blood donation campaign held on 26th November 2025 at the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education, Kegalle. Organized by the HNDA student community, this initiative became a meaningful platform to save lives and create hope. Your single drop of blood has given strength and life to many deserving hearts, and for that, we extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who generously donated. Our appreciation also goes to all those who supported, coordinated, and volunteered to bring this noble effort to success. Together, we move one step closer to building a compassionate and exemplary society.

📘 Counselling Workshop

A Counselling Workshop was held at the Advanced Technological Institute (ATI), Kegalle on 26th November 2025, organized by the Ministry of Rural Development, Social Security and Community Empowerment.

The session highlighted important matters for us as educators and offered meaningful guidance to support students’ emotional well-being and personal development.

The third-year English Department students took part actively, making it a truly valuable and impactful experience. 🎓

“HNDA students successfully organized the humanitarian program ‘Sahan Yathra’, extending support and relief to individuals and families affected by the recent flood situation in Sri Lanka. This initiative stands as a remarkable act of compassion, unity, and social responsibility.”

“As a gesture of compassion toward those recently affected by the flood crisis, HNDIT students launched the initiative ‘API Wenuwen API’. This program aimed to serve freshly prepared meals to the impacted families, offering strength and hope during their time of need. The effort stands as a testament to the students’ dedication to social responsibility and community care.”

පවතින අයහපත් කාලගුණික තත්ත්වය සහ ගංවතුර/නායයෑම් හේතුවෙන් විපතට පත් වූ අපේම සහෝදර ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන්, HNDIT අපි 'අපි වෙනුවෙන් අපි' නමින් විශේෂ ආධාර වැඩසටහනක් සංවිධානය කර තිබෙනවා.

Inter ATI ROBO BATTLE organized by the Advanced Technological Institute - Labuduwa was held on 13th of November 2025 and Our IT students won the whole competition. ✌️

Kanishka Maddegoda a 2nd-year student from the Department of Project Management, Advanced Technological Institute-Kegalle has won the National Level Second Place in the Pro Youth Competition for his proposal on a Smart Public Transport Ticketing System. The competition was conducted under the VSN Outreach 2022–2025 program organized by the National Productivity.
