We cannot say for sure when the IET will be gazetted, and the process of upgrading the diploma course to a degree is currently underway.
You will see it again in a government gazette only after that process is complete.

That is, as a degree. So far, there has been no gazetting or enrollment of students for about two years of A/L results.
