Currently, covid 19 pandemic has created many problems in the world. This project is conducted to minimize the impact of that virus. The proposed design consists of three parts; mobile platform, robotic manipulator, and passenger compartment. The mobile platform is used to move the robot inside the hospital environment. All the pick and place and material handling tasks are carried out by the robotic manipulator. The passenger compartment allows one medical officer to move inside the hospital safely and collect samples from patients.
Three students; ๐. ๐. ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐, ๐. ๐. ๐. ๐. ๐. ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐. ๐. ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ from the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, UOM (MSES batch '16) has proposed the design to the ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง under the supervision of ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐. ๐. ๐. ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ก๐, Mechatronic stream coordinator, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, UOM. The project won the ๐
๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ place in the competition after competing with 14 teams.
