Rajans starting the year with a banger!

Dharmaraja college Sinhala Debating team emerged victorious as Champions of EduFirst Expo 2024 provincial debate tournament - Edufirst clash 2024

Dharmaraja College beat Anthonys girls college Kandy, Nugawela Central College, Trinity College in the preliminary rounds and Kingswood College Kandy in the semifinals to face Vidyartha College Kandy in the finals.

The Winning team was composed of;

Salina Pathirana
Desh*tha Gamage
Thenupa Ilangasinghe

Team captain Gayashan Pasidu emerged as the Best Debater of the tournament.

We also congratulate Vidyartha Debaters for emerging as the runner-up team of the tournament.

දිවයිනේ ප්‍රභලම පාසල් විවාද කණ්ඩායමක් වන මහනුවර ධර්මරාජ විවාද කණ්ඩායම පිට පිටම නැවත වරක්
සිරස The Debater විවාද තරගාවලියේ අවසාන මහා තරගයට සුදුසුකම් ලබා ගැනීමට සමත් විය.

අවසන් වරට 2015 දී පැවැත්වූ සිරස The Debater තරගාවලියේ දී ද අප විද්‍යාලයීය විවාද කණ්ඩායම මේ ආකාරයෙන්ම අවසන් මහා තරගයට සුදුසුකම් ලබා ගැනීමට සමත් විය.

අවසන් පූර්ව වටයේදි,

කොළඹ නාලන්ද විද්‍යාලය,
කොළඹ මියුසියස් විද්‍යාලය හා
නුගේගොඩ අනුලා විද්‍යාලය විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලයේ ඒකමතික තීරණයෙන් එකවර පරාජය කරමින් අප විද්‍යාලයීය කණ්ඩායම අවසන් තරගයට සුදුසුකම් ලබා ගන්නා ලදී.

අවසන් මහා තරගයේද අනෙකුත් පාසල් කණ්ඩායම් තුනම කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික්කය නියෝජනය කරන අතර කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික්කයෙන් පිට එකම පාසල් කණ්ඩායම අප විද්‍යාලයීය කණ්ඩායම වීමද විශේෂත්වයකි.
