Sad? Depressed?
Feel like ending it all?
Whoever you are, Whatever you are dealing with,
We’re here to LISTEN in total confidence.
It can be terribly difficult to talk about your feelings. It’s often easier to keep them to ourselves. But if you are in emotional distress, despairing, or feeling suicidal, talking can make all the difference.
You can talk to us about anything that is troubling you.
We won’t judge you, we won’t tell you what to do.
What we will do is give you the time to think things through.
We will LISTEN with an open mind, and in complete confidence, for as long as you need.
