The incoming Council of Honour steps forward to begin a new chapter of leadership and service. Entrusted with responsibility, they carry forward the troop’s traditions, polishing them with fresh perspective while renewing its core values.

With commitment and unity, they now take charge, ready to guide the troop toward greater achievements.

The Council of Honour 2025/26 concludes its term after a year marked by dedication, leadership, and service. Through challenges and achievements, they have guided the troop with commitment and unity.

Their efforts leave behind a stronger foundation, setting a high standard for those who will take up the responsibility next.

The 39th Kandy St. Sylvester's College Scout Group is immensely proud to announce that our distinguished Scout Leader, Mr. U.I. Ariyapala, has been appointed as the Badge Secretary of the Kandy District Scout Association.

Mr. Ariyapala has consistently demonstrated the leadership and integrity that define a true Sylvestrian Scout. His appointment to this key district position is a testament to his expertise and his lifelong commitment to the scouting movement.

The 39th Kandy St. Sylvester's College Scout Group proudly participated in an educational field visit to the Industrial Development Board of Sri Lanka industrial zone in Pallekele. This experience gave our scouts valuable insights into factory operations, industrial processes, and the importance of innovation and teamwork in the real world.
Moments like these inspire young scouts to learn, explore, and prepare for the future with confidence and curiosity.
