උසස් ජාතික ගණකාධිකරණ ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාව - මහනුවර (පූර්ණ කාලීන) සඳහා අයදුම් කිරීමට අවස්ථාව මගහැරුනු සහ බලාපොරොත්තුවෙන් සිටි අපේක්ෂකයින් හට මෙමගින් ඒ සදහා නැවත අයදුම් කළ හැකිය.

ශ්‍රි ලංකා කණිෂ්ඨ විශ්ව විද්‍යාල පද්ධතිය තුළ, උසස් ජාතික ගණකාධිකරණ ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාව(HNDA) සඳහා 2022 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂයට අදාල ශිෂ්‍ය ලියාපදිංචි කටයුතු සම්බන්ධව නිරවද්‍ය උපදෙස් හා සියලුම තොරතුරු SLIATE මහනුවර, ගණකාධිකරණ අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ, ශිෂ්‍ය පදනම් ඒකකය හරහා පහත සඳහන් ලෙස නිල වශයෙන් දැනුම්දෙනු ලැබේ(ගැසට් නිවේදනයට අනුව).

මෙහි සඳහන් සමස්ථයන්, HNDA මහනුවර පූර්ණ කාලීන(Full Time) පාඨමාලාව සඳහා පමණක් අදාල වේ.

HNDA මහනුවර පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අයදුම්කිරීමට අපේක්ෂිත අයදුම්කරුවන්, අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ සඳහා පෙනී සිටි වසර, 2021 හෝ ඊට ආසන්න වසර දෙකක් වියයුතු අතර, පූර්ණ කාලීන(Full Time) වසර 4ක පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අපේක්ෂිත අයදුම්කරුවන් හට, වාණිජ විෂය ධාරාව යටතේ ගිණුම්කරණ විෂය ද සහිතව අ.පො.ස (උ/පෙළ) විභාගය එකවර සමත්වී තිබීම , සාමාන්‍ය පොදු පරීක්ෂණය(Common General Test) ලකුණු 25ක් හෝ ඊට වැඩි ලකුණු සංඛ්‍යාවක් සමඟින් සමත්ව තිබිය යුතු සහ අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ විභාගයේදී ඉංග්‍රීසි(English Language) සඳහා සාමාන්‍ය සාමාර්ථ(Ordinary Passes/S) ලබාගෙන තිබිය යුතුය.
එමෙන්ම මීට අදාලව පූර්ණ කාලීනව(Full Time) HNDA මහනුවර අයදුම් කරන අයදුම්කරුවන් වයස අවුරුදු 23ට නොවැඩි විය යුතුය.

HNDA පාඨමාලාව තුළ පළමු හා දෙවන වසරවලට අදාල සියලුම දේශන කටයුතු පවත්වනු ලබන්නේ සතියේ දිනවල අතර, තෙවන හා සිව්වන වසරවලට අදාල දේශන කටයුතු සති අන්තයේ පවත්වනු ලැබේ. එමෙන්ම පාඨමාලාව සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලැබූ ශිෂ්‍යයෙකු ඇතුළත් කරගත් පසු, වෙනත් කිසිදු උසස් තාක්ෂණ ආයතනයකට(ATI) මාරුවීම සිදුකළ නොහැක. එමෙන්ම පාඨමාලාව සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි වී ඇති සිසුන් හට කිසිදු ගාස්තුවකින් තොරව අදාළ ආයතනය විසින් ලබා දී ඇති ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ අවසන් දිනයේ සිට දින 60 කට පෙර ලියාපදිංචිය අවලංගු කිරීමට අවසර දෙනු ලබන අතර, දින 60 කට පසු ලියාපදිංචිය අවලංගු කරන සිසුන්ගෙන් ලියාපදිංචි වූ දින සිට මසකට රු.5000ක් අය කරනු ලැබේ.

HNDA මහනුවර සඳහා අයදුම්කිරීම සඳහා අදාල Z අගය පරාසය තුළ සිටින අයදුම්කරුවන්, ගැසට් පත්‍රයේ සඳහන් පරිදි Z අගය මත පදනම් වූ කාණ්ඩය යටතේ HNDA පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අයදුම්කළ යුතුය.

අයදුම් කළයුතු ආකාරය ;

01. පළමුව, එක් අයදුම්පතකට රු.500ක් ලෙස පහත සඳහන් බැංකු ගිණුම් විස්තර අනුව ගෙවා, බැංකු ගෙවීම් කුවිතාන්සියෙහි පැහැදිලි ඡායාරූපයක් ලබාගන්න.

02. දෙවනුව මෙම යොමුවෙන් මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත(Online Application) වෙත පිවිසෙන්න(http://apply.sliate.ac.lk), එහි පූර්ණ කාලීන බව(Full Time), Z අගය සහ උසස් පෙළ අංශය ලෙස වාණිජ්‍යය(Commerce) ලෙස තෝරන්න.
ඉන්පසු ලැබෙන පාඨමාලාවන් අතුරෙන් HNDA පාඨමාලාව තෝරන්න(මෙහිදී පාඨමාලාව හැදෑරීම සඳහා ආයතන 3ක් තේරිය හැකිය). ඔබ මහනුවර HNDA පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අයදුම් කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන බැවින්, පලමු තේරීම ලෙස, මහනුවර උසස් තාක්ෂණ ආයතනය තෝරන්න. මෙහිදී 1.0 හෝ ඊට ඉහළ Z අගයන් සහිත අයදුම්කරුවන් පළමු තේරීමට පමණක් මහනුවර HNDA පාඨමාලාව යෙදීම ප්‍රමාණවත් වන අතර, අප සඳහන් කළ Z අගයන් හා අදාල අනෙකුත් සුදුසුකම් මට්ටම් සඳහා අවම හෝ ආසන්න සුදුසුකම් මට්ටමක් සහිත අයදුම්කරුවන්, පළමු තේරීමේදී මහනුවර HNDA පාඨමාලාව සහ ඊට අමතරව දෙවන හා තෙවන තේරීම් ලෙස අනෙකුත් අයදුම් කළ හැකි Z අගය මත පදනම් වන පාඨමාලාවන් කිහිපයක් පිළිවෙළින් යොමු කිරීම උචිතය. මෙහිදී ඉහත සඳහන් සම්පූර්ණ සුදුසුකම් සපුරාලිය හැකි අයදුම්කරුවන් උසස් තාක්ෂණ ආයතනය තේරීමේදී, මහනුවර උසස් තාක්ෂණ ආයතනය තේරීම ප්‍රමාණවත් වන අතර, අවම හා ආසන්න සුදුසුකම් මට්ටම් වල පසුවන්නන් හට සුදුසු උසස් තාක්ෂණ ආයතන දෙකක් හෝ තුනක් යොමු කළ හැක.

ලියාපදිංචි ක්‍රියාවලිය තුළ ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන්, Z අගය සහ පවත්වන තරග විභාගයෙන් ලබාගත් ලකුණු මට්ටම් මත පදනම් වූ කාණ්ඩ දෙකක් යටතේ පාඨමාලා ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් වර්ගීකරණය කර ඇති අතර, මෙහිදී HNDA පාඨමාලාව Z අගය පදනම් කරගත් කාණ්ඩයට අදාල වන අතර, ඔබ සුදුසුකම් සහිත අයදුම්කරුවකු නම් (අදාල Z අගය පරාසය තුළ සිටින), පළමු තේරීම ලෙස මහනුවර HNDA පාඨමාලාව පමණක් යොමු කිරීම ප්‍රමාණවත් වේ. එමෙන්ම, එක් කාණ්ඩයකට රු.500 බැගින් ගෙවීමට සිදු වේ.

03. ඉන්පසු ඔබේ පෞද්ගලික විස්තර, සම්බන්ධ කරගැනීමේ විස්තර, අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ විභාගයේ ප්‍රතිඵල සහ අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ විභාගයේ ප්‍රතිඵල යොමු කළ හැක.
ඉන්පසු බැංකු ලදු පතෙහි සඳහන් මුදල් හුවමාරු අංකය (TRN අංකය) මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පතෙහි සඳහන් කර එහි ඡායාරූපයක් Upload කළ යුතුය.
ඉන්පසු, විශේෂයෙන් නිවැරැදි ලෙස ඔබගේ තොරතුරු පිරික්සීමෙන් අනතුරුව තහවුරු(Submit) කිරීම කළ හැක. මේ සමඟම ඔබ සඳහන් කළ ඔබගේ දුරකතන අංකයට සහ ඔබගේ විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනයට(E-mail) අදාල විස්තරයන් යොමු කරනු ලැබේ.

04. ඉන්පසු සඳහන් තොරතුරු අනුව, අයදුම්පත භාගත කර(Download), එහි පිටපතක් ලබාගෙන(Printout) එහි ඔබේ අත්සනින් සහතික කර තබාගන්න.

05. ඔබ මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත යොමුකල පසු අදාල උසස් තාක්ෂණ ආයතනය මගින් ඔබට සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණය සදහා ලිපියක් එවන අතර එහි සදහන් සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණය පවත්වන දින බාගත කරගත් සහතික කල අයදුම්පත සහ බැංකු ගෙවීම් කුවිතාන්සිය ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

අයදුම් කළ හැකි අවසන් දිනය 2023 ජූනි 26 වේ.

ශ්‍රී ලංකා කණිෂ්ඨ විශ්ව විද්‍යාල පද්ධතිය තුළ මාර්ගගත ලියාපදිංචි(Online Registration) ක්‍රමය භාවිතා කිරීමේදී යම් අපැහැදිලි අවස්ථාවන් ඇතිවිය හැකි බැවින් ගැසට් නිවේදනය අධ්‍යයනය කිරීම හෝ HNDA මහනුවර, ශිෂ්‍ය පදනම් ඒකකයෙහි නිල ඊ-මේල් ලිපිනය([email protected]) හරහා සෘජුවම විමසීම සිදු කළ හැකිය.

INSTANT NOTIFYING

Within the Sri Lanka Junior University System, the exact instructions for Student Registration for the Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA) for the Academic Year 2022 will be officially notified through the Student's Base Division, Department of Accountancy, (SLIATE) Kandy, as follows (According to the gazette notification).

All of the followings are applicable for HNDA Kandy (Full Time) only.

Candidates who wish to apply for HNDA Kandy, should have appeared for the G.C.E Advanced Level close to two years of 2021 or so & are looking for a Full Time, 4 year course, Should be one time passed the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination with Accounting subject in Commerce stream & Must have passed the Common General Test with 25 marks or more and candidates should have obtained Ordinary Pass(S) for General English in the G.C.E Ordinary Level Examination. Also, applicants applying for HNDA Kandy (Full Time) should not be more than 23 years of age.

All lectures for the first & second years of the HNDA course are held on weekdays, while lectures for the third & fourth years are held on weekends. Also, once a qualified student is admitted to the course, transfer to any other Advanced Technological Institute (ATI) is not possible. Also, students who have registered for the course will be allowed to cancel the registration 60 days before the last date of registration issued by the relevant institution free of charge. Students who cancel the registration after 60 days will be charged Rs. 5000 / - per month from the date of registration will be charged.

Applicants who are in the relevant Z-Score range to apply for HNDA Kandy should apply for the HNDA course under the Z-Score based category as mentioned in the Gazette.

How to apply;

01. First, pay Rs.500 per application according to the following bank account details & get a clear photo of the bank payment slip.

02. Secondly go to the Online Application (https://apply.sliate.ac.lk/) with its reference, select its Full Time, Z-Score & Advanced Level as Commerce Stream.
Then choose the HNDA course from the courses available (here you can choose from 3 institutions to take the course). Since you intend to apply for the HNDA in Kandy, choose Advanced Technology Institute, Kandy(ATI, Kandy) as your first choice. Candidates with Z-Scores of 1.0 or higher will be required to apply for the HNDA Kandy only for the first selection, while candidates with a minimum or approximate qualification level for the Z-Scores & other relevant qualification levels mentioned by us, HNDA Kandy in the first selection & in addition to the second & third It is advisable to refer to a number of other applicable Z Score based courses in order of choice. Candidates who can fulfill the above mentioned qualifications are sufficient in selecting the Advanced Technological Institute, Kandy, while those with the minimum & approximate qualification levels can be referred to two or three suitable Advanced Technological Institutes.
During the registration process, the courses are mainly categorized into two categories based on the Z-Score & the marks obtained in the competitive examination conducted, where the HNDA course applies to the Z-Score based category & if you are a qualified applicant (in relevant Z-Score range), it is sufficient to refer only to the HNDA Kandy as the first choice. Also, you have to pay Rs.500 per category.

03. Then your personal details, contact details, G.C.E Advanced Level Examination Results and G.C.E Ordinary Level results can be submitted.
Then enter the transaction number (TRN) in the bank payment slip & upload a photo of the bank payment slip.
After that, you can submit your information, especially after checking it accurately. At the same time, the relevant details will be sent to your telephone number & your E-mail address.

04. Then according to the information provided thereafter, download the application, get a copy of it (Printout) and keep it certified with your signature.

05. After you have submitted the online application, the relevant advanced technological institute will send you a letter for the interview and on the day of the interview, you must submit the downloaded certified application and the bank payment receipt.

The last date to apply is June 26, 2023
