මේ වනවිට මහනුවර උසස් තාක්ෂණ ආයතනයේ සිසු නිදහස බාධාවන ලෙස, අදාල ආයතනයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරයා සහ අදාල පරිපාලනය කටයුතු කරමින් සිටි.

ආයතනය තුළට ඇතැම් වසර කණ්ඩායම් වල සිසුන්ට ඇතුළත් වීම වළක්වීමත්, තවද ආයතනය තුළට කිසිදු හේතුවක් නොමැතිව ආරක්ෂක අංශ නිලධාරීන් කැඳවා සිසුන් බියගැනිවීමට අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරයා ක්‍රියා කර ඇත. මේ පිළිබඳව කරුණු විමසීමේ දී පිළිගත හැකි සාධාරණ කරුණක් ඉදිරිපත් කර ගැනීමට අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරයා සමත් වී නැත.

එමෙන්ම ආයතනය තුල කිසිඳු උත්සවයක් පවා පැවැත්වීමට අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරයා අවසර දෙන්නේ ද නැත.

මේ ආකාරයෙන් ආයතනයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරයා සහ පරිපාලනය විසින් සිසු මර්දනය දියත් කර ඇත. එමගින් සිසු නිදහස බරපතළ ලෙස උල්ලංඝනය වී ඇත.

අදාල පරිපාලන නිලධාරීන්ට අවධාරණය කර සිටින්නේ ඔබ විසින් දියත් කරනු ලබන මර්දනය වහා නවතන ලෙසත්, සිසු නිදහස තහවුරු කරන ලෙසත් ය.

එසේ කිරීමට අපොහොසත් වුවහොත් ඉදිරියේදී ගත යුතු සියලු ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ගන්නා බව අවධාරණය කර සිටිමු.
