Reflecting on a truly remarkable day at the 'ecole Internationale' Digana branch, We were thrilled to host our second edition of 'Our Little Artists’ Studio at our Montessori and it was nothing short of magical to see the school transformed into a gallery of imagination and discovery.
A massive thank you to our incredible little artists. Your curiosity and creativity continue to inspire us every single day. To our dedicated team of teachers, thank you for your patience, guidance, and for nurturing these young minds with such passion. And to our wonderful parents, thank you for your unwavering support and for partnering with us to make this Montessori experience so special. ✨ What a week to remember! ✨

Our Montessori community at ecole internationale, Digana – Montessori Section truly shone during our “Stay and Play” Parent Volunteer Camp. There is something incredibly magical about seeing our little ones’ faces light up as their own parents step into the classroom to share their passions, skills, and time.

From the very first day, our parent volunteers brought so much intention and method to their activities. Despite their busy schedules, they transitioned from their professional lives to engage with our students with such grace, patience, and ease.

Here’s a look back at our beautiful journey:
• Day 1: A deep dive into Early Childhood Nutrition, setting a healthy foundation.
• Day 2: Adventure called! A wonderful field trip to the farm. 🚜
• Day 3: Finding our zen with a calming Yoga session. 🧘‍♂️
• Day 4: A massive day of growth! We launched our Earth Protectors Club, got messy with a cooking project, learned about dental hygiene in our Happy Teeth session, and ended with cozy story time. 🦷🍃
• Day 5: We wrapped up with Fun with Science, beautiful singing, and a creative Art & Craft session. 🎨🔬

To our incredible parent volunteers—thank you for your thoughtful planning and for giving our children the gift of your presence. This camp was not just about activities; it was about the memories we built together.

💃 ecole internationale Digana Dancing Troupe – Special Achievement!

We are proud to announce that the ecole internationale Digana Dancing Troupe won a Special Award for Outstanding Achievement at the prestigious International Organization of Folk Art (IOV) — an NGO in official partnership with UNESCO and in special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

This remarkable achievement was earned at the Sri Lanka International Cultural Folk Competition, held at NIIBS, Kelaniya, on 04th October 2025.
