The Principal, Staff, and Students of Trinity College, Kandy, mourn the tragic and untimely passing of Tooshan Rajamantri.

A young life taken far too soon, Tooshan will always be remembered as a true Trinitian who brought light and joy to those around him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his grieving family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Congratulations to Master Chethiya Abeykoon for Academic Excellence at the Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Level Examination.

Master Chethiya attained an outstanding one A*, one A grade, and two B grades at the IAL examinations, reflecting his strong academic capability and dedication to excellence.

Beyond academics, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to school life. He served as the Captain of the Sinhala Debating Team (2025) , President of the Sinhala Literary Union (2024), and a Senior School Officer . He was also a distinguished member of the Western Cadet Band (2022–2025) and earned recognition as a 4th Year Coloursman.

We extend our sincere congratulations to Master Chethiya.

Our Pearson Edexcel IAL students at Trinity College International Qualifications Division participated in an important seminar on examination preparation and good exam practices, helping them approach their upcoming examinations with confidence, discipline, and the right mindset.
