Punchi Api | Children’s Day Community Project 2026

What a day! What a joy! 💛
We successfully concluded our Children’s Day project with hundreds of beautiful smiles, laughter and unforgettable memories.

Seeing those little hands raised with happiness made every effort worth it. This is why we serve!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all our Leos, teachers, principal, and everyone who supported us to make this a success.

Because every child deserves to Read, Learn, Grow & Dream. 📚🌈

You are not alone in this grief 🖤

It is with heavy hearts and deepest sadness that we bid farewell to Mr. Upul Sadaruwan, the beloved father of our President, Leo Ometh Nethsada.

A father’s love is forever. Though he is no longer with us, his memories and blessings will always remain.

Dear President Ometh, in this painful time, your entire Leo family is holding you in our thoughts and prayers. May you find strength.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Upul Sadaruwan!
You will be remembered.

With deepest sympathy,
Leo Club of Kalutara Vidyalaya

This Children’s Day, let’s share the joy of reading. 📖

We kindly invite students from Grades 1–5 and 6–9 of our school to donate new or gently used storybooks suitable for young children.

The collected books will be donated to a school where they can bring new stories, new ideas and new smiles.

One book. One little reader. One big difference. ❤️

📍 Want to Donate?
Books can be handed over at Kalutara Vidyalaya.
