තිස්ස තමයි ඉස්කෝලෙ අපදාන සෝහිනී පඤ්ඤා❤️ Tissa Central National School is situated in the area named “Naa-Gas” junction of kalutara north. Two buildings are for grade one and two.

In fact it is the largest mixed school of kalutara town. The school is in the calm and quiet environment adjoin to kalutara horana main road. The road separates the primary section to the south and the rest major section to the north. The whole extent of the school is almost four acres and out of that extend of the primary section is near an acre. Primary section consists of four buildings. Students while each grade has five classes. A special area is reserved for disabled primary students of the same grade. The official residence for the principal and the dental clinic are the two others. The major section of the school consists of nearly twenty five buildings which surrounds the large play ground. The students of grade 3 to 13, study in these buildings while an each grade has five classes. There are lots of modern facilities for students of Tissa Central National School. A computer educational center, fully equipped library, sports pavilion and rooms for sports, music, dancing and technical studies are few of them. The whole number of students in the school is over 3000 and the staff consists of nearly 120. Except these, the number of non-academic staff of the school is nearly 35.
