FLOOD RELIEF CAMPAIGN
The essential items collected by our Leo and Interact clubs in collaboration with our Old Girls' Association, Jaffna, were sent to the Oddusuddan Divisional Secretariat today.

The Interact and Leo clubs of our college are collecting essential items for the people affected by the recent cyclone in the Mullaitivu district. This project is being carried out in partnership with the OGA of Chundikuli Girls' College, Jaffna.

The Prefects’ Guild of Chundikuli Girls’ College participated in the 5 kilometre “Diabetic Walk” organised by the Jaffna Medical Association on 14th November 2025 to raise awareness about diabetes and to let the public know about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

A collection of poems titled 'Dear You, I Survived', written by Agnes Shiloh Croos, a Grade 12 student, was released during the school assembly on 21 October 2025 by the English Union. The book consists of poems composed over a period of time, including a few written during the poet’s childhood. Encouraging creative writing is one of the ways the school fosters language skills among students, a commitment clearly evident in this poetry collection. Mrs. Canista Arthi Hensman, Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Jaffna, presented a reflective review of the collection.

The 'Boarders' day 2025' was celebrated on the 11th of October with an entertainment programme by the boarders and a fellowship lunch for the boarders and their families.

Various activities such as story time, art and craft, making sweets and dance were planned by the nursery teachers for the nursery kids to explain the significance of deepawali, the festival of lights. It was a joyful educational experience for the the kids.

The Middle school staff and students organized various subject related activities and competitions on 14th October 2025. The awards ceremony was held on 17th October 2025 and Mr. T. Thirumayuran, Founder- CCH & Country Director-ALIVE, was invited as the guest speaker.

The Primary school Parents' day and Prize giving was held on 11th October 2025 with Dr. (Mrs.) Prashanthy Jeyakanth, Consultant Dermatologist, District hospital, Kilinochchi, as the chief guest.
