Moditha is an HR professional, a lecturer, a trainer and a Public Speaking Coach by profession. He is currently the Assistant Manager-Group HR at Courtaulds Trading Company (Pvt) Ltd and former Assistant Manager/Lecturer at British Way English Academy. He's the founder and the lead trainer at "Moditha Motivation", a training platform for students and professionals for the excellence in leadership & communication. He offers his services to other institutes in the field of Public Speaking while serving as a Visiting Lecturer for the Universities both government & private. His corporate experience spans over 13 years covering various capacities including Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Corporate Training Solution Developer, Public Speaking Coach and a Lecturer. Moditha is DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) title holder from the Toastmasters International being a senior member who has achieved excellence in communication & leadership in the fraternity.

About Moditha Sendanayake

Moditha Sendanayake is a lecturer and a trainer by profession attached to iSpeak Academy, Sri Lanka specializing in developing leadership, communication and public speaking skills. His corporate experience spans over 12 years covering various capacities including Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Corporate Training Solution Developer, Public Speaking Coach and a Lecturer. He’s a certified trainer from City and Guilds, UK.

Moditha is an experienced Toastmaster who joined the organization in 2014 and has achieved “Distinguished Toastmaster” status which is the highest education qualification from Toastmasters International. Also he’s a former Area Director (E4), champion speaker, multiple award winner for educational, leadership excellence and mentoring. He is the Charter President of Horana Toastmasters Club and a Past President of NDB Toastmasters Club. Currently he serves Toastmasters International District 82 (Sri Lanka) as the "Club Extension & Retention Chair for Divisions B and G".

Moditha has been a keynote speaker, educational presenter, speech & debate judge and an invited guest in many national and international forums. He is passionate in public speaking, teaching, training and writing.
