හිතවත් ආදි ශිෂ්‍යයිනි,

සාන්ත පීතර විදුහල කොළඹ-04 ගම්පහ ශාඛාවේ හි *(1993-2000)* වර්ෂයන් වලට අදාලව අධ්‍යයන කටයුතු අවසන් කරන ලද ආදි ශිෂ්‍යය ඔබට කෙරෙන විශේෂ දැනුම්දීමයි.

අප පාසලේ මව් පාසල වන සාන්ත පීතර විද්‍යාලය කොළඹ- 04, විසින් නිකුත් කරනු ලබන නිවේදනයකට අනුව *"මෙම වසර තුළ අප පාසලේ පැරණි අස්වීම් සහතික පත්‍ර හෝ පෞද්ගලික ලිපි ගොණු නිකුත් කර අවසන් කිරීම අනිවාර්ය බව දන්වා ඇත"*

එබැවින් ඔබ, පාසලෙන් අස්වීමේ සහතික පත්‍රය හෝ පෞද්ගලික ලිපි ගොණු තවමත් ලබා නොගත් සිසුවෙක් නම් කඩිනමින් එය ලබා ගතයුතු බව මතක් කර සිටිමි.

*(1993-2000)* වර්ෂ වලට අදාළ ඔබ *2025-10-02* වන දින *පෙ.ව. 10.00- ප.ව. 02.00 දක්වා* සාන්ත පීතර විදුහල කොළඹ- 04 ගම්පහ ශාඛාවට පැමිණ ඔබගේ අස්වීම් සහතිකය හෝ පෞද්ගලික ලිපි ගොණු ලබා ගැනීමට කටයුතු කරන්න. *සියලුම සිසුන්ගේ පැමිණීම ඉහත සදහන් දිනයේදී අනිවාර්ය බව මතක් කර සිටිමි.*
(එදින ඔබගේ තොරතුරු සඳහන් කළ යුතු පෝරමය මානව සම්පත් අංශයෙන් රැගෙන එය පුරවා නැවත එදින ම මානව සම්පත් අංශයට භාර දීමට කටයුතු කරන්න)

ඉහත සඳහන් කළ දිනයේදී ඔබ විසින් අයදුම් කරන ලද ලිපි ගොණු *2025-10-23* වන දින සාන්ත පීතර විදුහල කොළඹ-04 ගම්පහ ශාඛාවට නැවත පැමිණ රැගෙන යන මෙන් කාරුණිකව දන්වා සිටිමි.

*(1993-2000)* යන වර්ෂයන් වල අධ්‍යයන කටයුතු අවසන් කළ සිසුන්ට ඉහත සඳහන් දිනයන් පමණක් වලංගු වන බව දන්වා සිටින අතර මින් පසු එම වර්ෂයන් වල සිසුන්ට කිසිදු කරුණක් මත අස්වීමේ සහතික පත් හෝ පෞද්ගලික ලිපිගොණු නිකුත් කිරීමට අපහසු බව දන්වා සිටිමි.

මේ වෑයම ඔබගේ පාසලේ සුභසිද්ධිය උදෙසා පමණක්ම වන බව මතක් කර සිටින අතර මෙය ඉන් එක් පැතිකඩක් පමණක් වන බවත්. එම නිසාවෙන් ඔබගේ සහයෝගය සාන්ත පීතර පවුලට නොඅඩුව ලැබේ යැයි අපි බලාපොරොත්තුවෙන් සිටිමු.

Dear Old Boys,

This is a special notice for all past students of St. Peter’s College, Colombo 04 – Gampaha Branch, who completed their studies between the years (1993 and 2000.)

As per a directive issued by our Mother School, St. Peter’s College, Colombo 04 , *it is now mandatory to issue and finalize all School Leaving Certificates and personal files within this year.*

If you have not yet obtained your School Leaving Certificate or personal file, you are kindly reminded to do so without delay.

For students of the *(1993–2000)* batch, applications for the School Leaving Certificate or Personal File will be accepted on:

*Date: Thursday, 2nd* *October 2025*
*Time: 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.*
*Venue: St. Peter’s College, Colombo 04 – Gampaha Branch*

Upon arrival, please collect the required form from the HR department, complete it with your personal details, and return it to the same department on the same day.

You can collect the prepared documents and letters by handing them over to the college office of St. Peter's College, Colombo - 04 Gampaha Branch on Thursday, *October 23, 2025.*

*Important:*
*This notice applies only to students who completed their studies between (1993 and 2000) Documents will not be issued after the above-mentioned dates under any circumstances.*
