4/9/2026 A blessed begining to a new chapter-

Telford International School held a Pirith Chanting Ceremony, conducted by the monk from Dangedara Temple, to invoke blessings, peace, and prosperity for our newly appointed Principal, Mrs. Chandima De Alwis, who started on September 1, 2026.

Thank you to our teachers and staff for making this event meaningful. Afterward, we gathered at the Principal’s Office to warmly welcome and extend our best wishes to Mrs. De Alwis. May this new chapter bring wisdom and success!

A WARM WELCOME TO OUR NEW PRINCIPAL ( Acting )Mrs. Chandima De Alwis

Telford International School warmly welcomes Mrs. Chandima De Alwis as our new Principal (Acting ) , with effect from 1st September 2026.
Mrs. Chandima De Alwis holds a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) and a Master of Education (M.Ed) qualification and is an experienced Teacher Trainer, bringing with her 17 years of experience in the field of education.

As we begin this new chapter, we look forward to her leadership, guidance, and support in nurturing our students, empowering our teachers, and strengthening the welfare and development of our school community. May her journey with Telford International School be filled with wisdom, success, happiness, and meaningful achievements.

Report Issuance – Academic Year 2025/2026

The academic staff of Telford International School, Galle, extends its heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all our students on the successful completion of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Report Issuance Ceremony was successfully held in the School Main Hall in the presence of our academic staff and students. It was a proud occasion to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our students throughout the year.

Ending the Term with Smiles & Beautiful Memories

As we come to the end of a wonderful school term, our Grade 1 students enjoyed a memorable trip to Dharmapala Park.

The day was filled with laughter, exploration, outdoor learning, and unforgettable moments shared with friends and teachers. It was a wonderful opportunity for our little learners to connect with nature, build friendships, and create precious memories beyond the classroom.
