Brown Day Celebrations at Lyceum Leaf School Eheliyagoda

Our Upper Nursery children had a wonderful time exploring the colour brown! They learned how brown can be created by mixing red and green, enjoyed playing with brown-coloured toys, came dressed in brown outfits, and took part in exciting arts and crafts activities.

It was a day filled with creativity, hands-on learning, and plenty of fun as our little learners discovered the many shades and wonders of the colour brown!

Picnic Day Fun at Lyceum Leaf School, Eheliyagoda

A day filled with laughter, creativity, and adventure! Our Upper Nursery children enjoyed a nature walk, a delightful picnic, free drawing activities, and crafting their own picnic baskets.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰!

Our Pre-Grade students enjoyed an exciting journey into the world of music as they explored the wonderful sounds produced by different musical instruments.

They listened, played, created music, and discovered rhythm through engaging hands-on activities, making learning both enjoyable and meaningful.

We explored, we created, we made music, and we experienced the joy of every sound!

𝑽𝒆𝒔𝒂𝒌 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒕 𝑳𝒚𝒄𝒆𝒖𝒎 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒇 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑬𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒚𝒂𝒈𝒐𝒅𝒂

Our little Lyceumers enjoyed a meaningful Vesak celebration filled with learning and creativity. The pre-primary children learnt about the significance of Vesak, decorated beautiful Vesak lanterns, and lovingly created Vesak cards for their parents.

It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to embrace cultural values, express their creativity, and celebrate the spirit of Vesak with joy and enthusiasm.
