A New Chapter Begins. A New Legacy Takes Shape. ✨

Every great journey begins with a vision, and every legacy begins with a first step.

On 10th August 2026, that vision became a reality as the Affiliate of Chemical Engineering Technology Students (ACETS) was officially established at the Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa.

ACETS marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Chemical Engineering Technology student community a platform to bring students together, inspire innovation, develop leadership, build professional connections, and create meaningful opportunities for growth.

This is more than just the establishment of a student society. It is the beginning of a community, a platform for ideas, a space for leadership, and a connection between generations.

With the support and guidance of our academic staff, seniors, juniors, and fellow students, we proudly took the first step towards building something that belongs to all of us.

We sincerely thank everyone who joined us physically and online and became part of this memorable milestone. Your presence, encouragement, and support made this moment truly special.

10.08.2026 — The day ACETS began its journey.

The first chapter has been written. The journey has just begun. And the future is ours to build. 🧪✨
