Vesak Blessings from Star Dust Nursery & Daycare

This Vesak, we celebrate not only the teachings of compassion, kindness, and generosity, but also the beautiful spirit of unity within our nursery family.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all the parents who came together, regardless of religion or background, to organize and support this Dansala. Your willingness to share, serve, and work hand in hand has given our children a meaningful lesson in love, respect, and community spirit.

May this Vesak bring peace to your hearts, happiness to your homes, and blessings to your families. May the values of generosity, harmony, and compassion continue to guide us as we nurture our little ones to become caring and responsible individuals.

Happy Vesak! May the light of Vesak illuminate all our lives with peace, wisdom, and unity. 🪔🌸🙏🏻

This activity is focused on teaching our little ones the importance of keeping their garden and surroundings clean 🌿✨

Through hands on learning, they practiced simple daily tasks such as:
• Sweeping the garden
• Collecting fallen leaves
• Watering the plants

These small yet meaningful activities help children develop responsibility, care for nature, and build good cleanliness habits from a young age 💚

Our little ones had so much fun learning about hair care through a creative salon pretend play activity 💇‍♀️✨

Through play, they discovered the importance of:
• Keeping their hair clean by washing it regularly
• Combing their hair every day using a clean comb
• Learning how to clean their comb properly
• Caring for their hair by applying oil and styling it neatly

It was a wonderful way to build healthy habits while encouraging imagination and selfcare! 💛

Introducing Colours

Why teaching colors early matters 🌈

Colors are one of the first things preschoolers learn and they play a big role in development!

✨ Helps children recognize and group objects
✨ Builds early communication skills through what they see around them (Ex - ‘red’ car)
✨ Strengthens memory and focus by developing the ability to recognize the colors.
✨ Boosts creativity through play and art
✨ Prepares them for school learning

🌞 Happy Thai Pongal 🪔🎑

As the sun shines brighter and the harvest fills our homes, may this auspicious festival bring joy, gratitude, and prosperity to all.
Let us thank nature, the farmers, and the Sun God for the abundance in our lives. ✨🌾
