Involving 5S (i.e. 6S) for the TPM Process

The 5S i.e. 6S system is an approach to Lean Manufacturing that helps to Optimize the workplace. This involves the elements; Sort (Seiri 整理); Set in Order (Seiton 整頓); Shine (Seiso 清掃); Standardize (Seiketsu 清潔); Sustain (Sh*tsuke しつけ); and Safety (Plant and Industrial Safety). The Role of a TPM Practitioner
