“සත්කාරයේ ශ්‍රම සෙනා ' - Hotel Operation Multi-Tasker Programme- Galle District Inauguration session was successfully conducted at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, Koggala School, with the enthusiastic participation of over 70 students & Samurdhi officers.

The programme was organized with the objective of empowering youth with practical hospitality and hotel operation skills while creating new career opportunities in the tourism and hospitality industry.

The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including Dheera Hettiarachchi, Chairman of SLITHM, Wasantha Manthripala, Director General of SLITHM, Dr. Lenard Ranchagoda, Principal of Koggala Provincial College, Donald Rajapaksha, member of the Tourism Ministry Advisory Committee, and the Director of Samurdhi, who also addressed the gathering.

During the event, the speakers emphasized the importance of developing skilled manpower for the rapidly growing tourism industry in Sri Lanka and highlighted SLITHM’s continuous commitment towards youth empowerment and hospitality education.
