✅Full or part qualified in AAT/ CMA or any other accounting diploma
✅Experience in Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation and Ledger posting, Income Tax, VAT ,SSCL would be advantages (Not compulsory)
✅Flexible, dynamic, well organized and engaging with strong interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills.
✅Experience with computerized accounting packages and Microsoft Excel, Google sheets will be added advantage.

මොරටුව විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ NDT maritime Division ⚓ අද Gazzte කරලා.
( Marine Engineer හෝ Captain කෙනෙක් වීමට කැමති අයට)

හුගක් අය නොදන්න දෙයක් ගැන ලියන්න හිතුන. මේක ලියන්නෙ මම NDT maritime field එක ගැන. සරලව කිව්වොත් මේක මිල අධික හීනයක්. ඔබේ දක්ශතාවය සහ A/L පෙන්නපු දක්ශතාවය මත යන්න පුලුවන් පාරක්. ඇයි මම මිල අධික හීනයක් කිව්වෙ. කැමති කෙනෙක්ට හොයල බලන්න පුලුවන් Marine Engineering or Nautical කියන field වල course fee pvt campus වල කීයද කියල. ඉතින් සරලව NDT එකේ විශේෂිතත division එකක් තමා maritime division එක.
මේකට ලමයි තෝරගන්න තියන පටිපාටියත් අනිත් field වලට වඩා වෙනස්. ඒ වගේම මේ division එකටම අවුරුද්දට ගන්නෙ ලමයි 40ක් පමනයි. ඉතින් හරිම තරගකාරියි.

Maritime වල field දෙකක් තියනව.
1. Marine engineering
2. Nautical studies

මෙයින් එකකට ලමයි 20 ගානෙ ලමයි 40ක් ගන්නව අවුරුද්දකට මේ division එකට. ඒවගේම NDT එක මගින් පවත්වන aptitude test එක pass වෙලා z එක ඇති උනාටම maritime වලට ළමයෙක්ට එන්න බැ. මේ සදහා විශේශිත වූ medical test එකක් වගේම interview එකක් තියනව NDT එකේ maritime division එකෙන් පවත්වන. ඉතින් මේ දෙකෙන්ම ඉහල දක්ශතා පෙන්නන 40 දෙනාට විතරයි මේ course එකට ඇතුල් වෙන්න පුලුවන්. Marine engineering වලට select වෙන කෙනෙක්ට අනාගතයේදි නැවක Chief engineer කෙනෙක් වෙන්න පුලුවන්. මීට අමතරව මේ කෝස් එක රජයෙන් NDES (TTI) කටුනායක එකෙත් පවත්වනව. ඒ වගේම Nautical studies කරන කෙනෙක්ට අනාගතයෙ නැවක කපිතාන්වරයෙකු වීමෙ හැකියාව තියනව. මුදල් වියදමකින් තොරව ලංකාව තුල කපිතාන්වරයෙකු වීමට තිබෙන එකම පාඨමාලාව මෙය වෙනව. ඉතින් මෙම පාඨමාල අවසන් කරන කෙනෙක්ට අවස්තාව ලැබෙනවා ගෝලීය වෙලද නාවුක ක්ශේත්‍රය ඉහළ වැටුපක් සමඟ පිලිගත් රැකියාවක් කිරීමට!

ජීවීතේ ඉස්සරහාට යන්න අත්‍යාවශ්‍යම දේවල් 4️⃣ක්.

(1) A/L Pass වෙන්න.
අවම S3ක් හරි ගන්න. කැම්පස් යන්නම ඕන නෑ. ඒත් Fail නොවී Pass වෙන්න.

(2) ඉංග්‍රීසි හදාගන්න.
Fluent වෙන්න අවශ්‍ය නෑ. ඒත් සාමාන්‍ය මට්ටමකට හරි තේරුම් ගන්න, කතා කරන්න, අදහස් හුවමාරු කරගන්න පුරුදු වෙන්න.

(3) තමන්ටම කියලා Skills එකක් හෝ කීපයක් හදාගන්න.
පොත් ලියන එක, Photoshop, Video Editing, Web Developing, Script Writing, Dancing, Music.....etc. තමන්ට set වෙන ඕනම skill එකක යම්කිසි දුරක් යන්න. ඒක මූල්‍යමය වටිනාකමක් ලැබෙන තත්ත්වයක් දක්වාම දියුණු කරගන්න.

(4) සැලකිය යුතු වේතනයක් ලැබෙන විදිහට (නීති විරෝධී නොවෙන) ආදායම් මාර්ග එකක් හෝ කිහිපයක් හදාගන්න. උඩ කිවුව skill එකත් ඒකට අවස්ථාවක් කරගන්න.
