* "When you solve math problems, you have to remember numbers and the steps in between, which gives your memory and focus a workout. Why does this matter? Because you tap into those same brain skills for everyday tasks, like making a shopping list.
* Math also fires up the parts of your brain linked to logical thinking and problem-solving. So, outside the classroom, it can help you navigate daily decisions—even figuring out how to handle tricky situations or conflicts.
* Doing mental math can help us make faster decisions, like figuring out store discounts or estimating how long a trip will take—no gadgets needed.
* Keeping your brain active is also key to reducing the risk of conditions like Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases."

Here are my students who sat for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in May/June 2023. I am proud to say that all of them passed Mathematics.
Some of them them were my students only for about 3 months, while there were few of them who studied under me for little more than a year.
I am proud of each of their achievement, and wish them GOD's choicest blessings in their lives.
I also take this opportunity to thank each of their parents for the support and cooperation extended to me.
From Left to Right: Zachary, Makaarim, Shakesh, me, Dian, Nabeel and Mahima.

We value and appreciate the feedback we receive from the parents of our students.
Here is a message we received from one of our dear Parents, Mrs. Hish Martinesz. We are privileged and blessed to teach her two children and appreciate all the support and cooperation extended by her and her husband, as parents.
When we first spoke with Megan, she mentioned that she "hates" Mathematics. But, her first class with us lasted for 6 Hours and 10 Minutes! We want all our students to Like, Love and ... Mathematics!
When it comes to Mathematics, we firmly believe that the teacher plays a very significant role in helping a student to improve and excel in the subject.
We are excited to journey together with Megan, and will do everything possible from our end to see her improve and excel in Mathematics.

Here are our Students who sat for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in May 2023.
Dian, Makaarim and Mahima were our students for about one and a half years, while Zachary, Bilal (not in the picture), Nabeel and Shakesh were our students for about 1-9 months!
This was when we had a 10-hour class and their smiles says it all. We also had days where we started classes at 11pm and ended around 6.30am the following day!
We are thankful for each of their parents for entrusting their child to us, for all the sacrifices they made and for all the support and cooperation extended.
We were privileged to teach and walk with each of these students, and we are excited to see what the future holds for them.

Here are some of our students who will be sitting for their G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in a couple of weeks.
We started this particular class at 23:00 and ended at 06:30 - 7.5 hour class!
Some of these students have been with us for little over a year, while some of them only couple of months. Within this time, we have been able to help them to like Mathematics and fall in love with the subject!!!
We believe that it is one subject that you will not fall asleep at. Our students have proved it over and over again, during the last couple of years!
We also take this opportunity to thank each and every parent of these students for the support and cooperation extended by them.
The formula for success that we believe in is supportive+cooperative parents, committed+passionate teachers and dedicated+hard working students! If each of them play their parts, sky is the limit for those students under them!

Students are the Pride and Joy of their Teachers.
I was honoured to receive this message last Thursday from one of my past students, Shariq, for which I am very grateful for.
We are proud of what he has achieved and celebrate his success.
We firmly believe that, a teacher is successful, when their students do better than them!
Our prayers are with you, dear Shariq.

We were able to celebrate the achievement of Mitesh. He made all of us proud by getting an "A" for Mathematics in the IGCSE in October 2022.
He was the first Indian student we had the privilege to teach and a student of La Petite Fluer. When he started classes with us, he was scoring "around 40 or 45" and Mitesh was a student with us only for 1 year and 4 months! We are extremely excited with the progress he made during such a short time.
We take this opportunity to thank Mitesh's parents for all the support extended to us and we also wish Mitesh a bright future and assure him of our prayers.

Yethum is one of the youngest students we have and it is always a joy and a blessing to see students enjoy learning Mathematics.
On the background is Yethum's sister Methumli, who has been a student of ours since Grade 6.
