Rising Voices Rise in the Tournament !
Our junior debaters prove their strength as the young blood powering the team forward

The Prof. Senaka Bibile Memorial All-Island Debating Tournament organized by the Medical Faculty Students’ Union, University of Peradeniya, came to an epic end and our Senior Sinhala Debate Team battled their way all the way to the All-Island Runners-up title !

Our journey:
▫️ 1st Round – Beat Sri Dharmaloka College, Kelaniya
▫️ 2nd & 3rd Rounds – Outclassed Rahula College, Matara
▫️ Quarter-Finals – Defeated Anula College, Nugegoda
▫️ Semi-Finals – Took down D.S.Senanayake College, Colombo
▫️ Finals – Faced a tight clash against Sirimavo Bandaranaike College, Colombo

After an intense battle, our team emerged as All-Island Runners-up!

What made this journey more special?
Our back-row young bloods proved they’re not just the future they’re already here, showing fire, skill, and courage on the stage!
