With great pride and excitement, we share highlights from our 1st Annual Sports Meet, successfully held on 17th February 2026 at the Sugathadasa Stadium 🏟️

It was a day filled with energy, teamwork, and outstanding performances by our talented students. From thrilling races to well-coordinated march pasts, every moment reflected the true spirit of sportsmanship 💪🏽🏅

We were honored to have invited Hon. Lakmali Hemachandra (Member of Parliament) as our Chief Guest. Unfortunately, due to unavoidable circumstances, she was unable to attend.

We were delighted to welcome our Guest of Honor, Mrs. Chirathu Gamage, Pre School Development Officer – Western Province, whose presence added grace to the occasion 🌸

With immense pride and excitement, we are delighted to announce that Queensway Girls’ International School will be hosting our 1st Inter-House Sports Meet on 17th February 2026 from 9.00 a.m. onwards at the prestigious Sugathadasa Stadium.

This special milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in our school’s sporting journey — a day filled with energy, teamwork, determination, and house spirit! 🏃‍♀️🔥
