At Viz Kids International Montessori, we celebrated the vibrant and joyful spirit of Avurudu with our little learners! The school was filled with laughter, color, and the sound of traditional rhythms as we came together to honor one of Sri Lanka’s most cherished cultural festivals.
Through hands-on activities, traditional games, and beautifully crafted decorations, our students not only had fun but also immersed themselves in the richness of Sri Lankan heritage. From dressing in traditional attire to enjoying Avurudu rituals, each moment became a meaningful lesson about unity, gratitude, and cultural pride.
It was truly heartwarming to see young minds learning and appreciating the values, customs, and traditions that make our island so unique. Here's to nurturing curious minds and keeping our culture alive—one joyful celebration at a time!
