*🏆 Fathima Muslim Ladies College Crowned Champions at TB Jayah Zahira college Islamic Day Competition 🏆*

We are proud to announce that Fathima Muslim Ladies College has once again proven its excellence by winning the Overall Championship at the prestigious TB Jayah zahira college Islamic Day Competition organized by islamic society of T.B Jaya Zahira College.

With the participation of many reputed schools from colombo zone, the competition was intense. However, our students rose to the occasion, showcasing their talents in various categories and emerging victorious.

Their hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance have brought great pride to our school. Congratulations to all the participants, teachers, and supporters who made this remarkable achievement possible.

Science union of Fathima muslim ladies college conducted a practical workshop for the gr 10 and 11 students. It was well planned and organised by the Bio Science and Physical Science teachers with the help of AL Bio Science students.

FMLC Crowned Champions – All Island Islamic Day Competition 2025 at Zahira College

Alhamdulillah! Today, Fathima Muslim Ladies College was crowned Champions at the All Island Islamic Day Competition 2025, held at Zahira College.

With over 1,100 students and 65+ schools participating from across the country, our students showcased their talent, hard work, and dedication — and brought home this prestigious victory!

Maryam Mafaz, a Grade 3A (Tamil Medium) student of Fathima Muslim Ladies’ College, under the guidance of her class teacher Mrs. Shareefa, achieved 1st place at the Divisional Level and 2nd place at the District Level in the Recitation of Folk Song (Natar Song) competition held on August 2, 2025, as part of the National Literary competition 2025.

A Moment of Pride and Appreciation

We proudly take this moment to appreciate the incredible hard work, dedication, and unity shown by Students of Fathima Muslim Ladies College, for achieving the honour of being 1st Runner-Up at the 2025 National Level PT Squad Competition which was held in Jaffna competition. The National level PT SQUAD Competition was held in Jaffna District on 29th and 30th of August and totally 15 schools were participated in that.

Your collective efforts, commitment, and team spirit have brought glory to our college. May this achievement inspire many more milestones ahead, In Sha Allah!

And we would like to thank the teachers, Coach, Parents, SDC members and all the well wishers and supporters who were behind the screen to achieve this glory.
