Applications are invited from suitable candidates to fill two Counsellor roles at Hima Aus Education Sri Lanka.

We currently have the opportunity for a two (2) Counsellors to join the Hima Aus Sri Lanka team on fulltime ongoing contracts. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing these roles will respond to student enquiries, provide exceptional customer service to clients, education agents, prospective students and parents, and support promotional marketing activities.

Job Profile

These positions are responsible for:

• Answering enquiries from a variety of sources including social media

• Following up on leads and counselling students and parents as to the course that will best suit their goals and abilities

• Analysing leads and converting leads to student enrolments to meet campus targets Assisting the Marketing Manager with recruitment activities, events and student seminars

• Taking part in promotional activities with schools including providing presentations to prospective students

• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.

• Capable in Microsoft Office applications and good computer skills.

• A passion for helping students meet their education and career goals.

• Experience studying abroad and knowledge of the visa application process.

• A pleasing personality.

• Even School leavers can apply as a trainee.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages.

• Ability to work on weekends.

• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role.

• Experience coordinating and assisting with a variety of marketing activities.

• Capable in Microsoft Office applications and good computer skills.

• A passion for helping students meet their education and career goals.

• Experience studying abroad and knowledge of the visa application process.

• A pleasing personality.

• Even School leavers can apply as a trainee.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages.

• Ability to work on weekends.
