ඒක ලොකු දෙයක් වෙන්න ඕනේ නැහැ. ඇඳෙන් නැගිටීම හෝ ඔබ වෙනුවෙන් ගත් කුඩා මොහොතක් වුණත් කමක් නැහැ.

මෙම සතිය පුරා අප සමඟ එක් වූ සියලු දෙනාට ස්තූතියි.🫶🏻 මානසික සෞඛ්‍ය රැක ගැනීම සඳහා හැම විටම විශාල වෙනස්කම් අවශ්‍ය නොවන බවත්, කුඩා පියවරයන්ටත් වටිනාකමක් ඇති බවත් මෙම අභියෝග ඔබට මතක් කළා යැයි අපි බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමු.

Mental Health Challenge Week - Day 2 💚

"To-do" lists often make us focus only on what’s still left to do. We keep stressing over unfinished tasks and waiting for the moment we can finally tick everything off.

But what if, instead, you made a “Done List”?
A list of everything you’ve already completed, started, handled, or even partially finished today.

You may not realize it, but you've done more than you think..🙌🏻

What’s one thing you got done today no matter how small 👇

"To-do" ලැයිස්තු නිසා අපි බොහෝවිට අවධානය යොමු කරන්නේ තවම ඉවර නොවූ වැඩවලටයි. හැමදේම ඉවර කරලා හරියක් දාගන්නකම් අපි කනස්සල්ලෙන් ඉන්නවා.

ඒ වෙනුවට “Done List” එකක් හදලා බලන්න....
අද ඔබ ඉවර කළ, ආරම්භ කළ හෝ කරගනිමින් යන දේවල් ලියන්න. ඔබ බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවට වඩා ඔබ දැනටමත් බොහෝ දේ කරලා ඇති..🙌🏻

හැම දවසෙම පුංචි අභියෝගයක්. තමන්ගේ මානසික සෞඛ්‍ය වෙනුවෙන් ගන්න සරල පියවරක්.

හෙටින් ආරම්භ කිරීමට අපි සූදානම්.... ඔයාලත් එකතුවන්න 💚

Sometimes the best moments are the unplanned ones. 🌧️
The rain turned into inspiration as the little ones crafted paper boats—simple folds, big imagination, and teamwork in every step.
Watching them drift through puddles brought back a timeless childhood joy we all remember.⛵✨

සැලසුම් නොකළ වැසි මොහොතක… 🌧️
කඩදාසි බෝට්ටුත් එක්ක,
පුංචි හිතවල නිර්මාණශීලීත්වයත් සිනහවත් පාවෙලා ගියා ⛵✨

மழை வந்ததும்… 🌧️
குட்டை நீரில் மிதந்தது காகிதக் கப்பல்கள் மட்டும் அல்ல,
குழந்தைகளின் சிரிப்புகளும், நினைவுகளும் தான் ⛵✨
