Sinhala Language and Literary Unit of Royal College

The teacher in-charge of Sinhala language and literary unit,the office bearers and the members decided to offer some community services to those who faced the Meethotamulla disaster which occurred on the 16th of April 2017 .

Accordingly,the students of Royal college were informed about it and at the community -hall,donations received were handed over to the school children who met with the disaster.The I.T.N institute also sponsored this event.

At the evaluation ceremony this project which was organized by "Neela Siha Youth Club"was selected and placed among the best 10 school projects. The evaluation trophy was bestowed on Mahim Induwara Dissanayake the secretary of Sinhala Language and Literary unit(2017) who forwarded Meethotamulla project,by the Principal Mr B.A.Abeyrathne.

Sinhala language and literary unit of Royal College has put out a board(Katapath pawra)which created in order to improve the skills of the students from grade 6 to 11. Sinhala stories, essays and other Sinhala features created by there own will be display on the board.

කොළඹ රාජකීය විද්‍යාලලීය සිංහල භාෂා හා සාහිත්‍ය සංගමය විසින් මීතොටමුල්ල විපතින් අවතැන් වූ දරුවන් සඳහා පොත් පත් ඇතුලු ලිපි භාණ්ඩ එක් කිරීම පසුගිය සතිය තුල සාර්ථක අන්දමින් පවත් වුණි .මේ සඳහා ආධාර උපකාර කල ඔබ සැමට ස්තුති .....
