Royal College Group of 2005 - RCG 2005

It was a privilege for the Royal College Group of 2005 to be invited to conduct a leadership and motivational session for the Primary Prefects of the 2026 - Batch 1.

The invitation coincided with the Group of 2005’s flagship annual two-day leadership training programme conducted for the Captains and Vice Captains representing more than 25 sports at Royal College, as part of our continued commitment to nurturing leadership and teamwork among future leaders.

The session was conducted by Mr. Niroshan Dharmakantha (Director - Project Delivery- MilleniumIT ESP/ Former Project Chairman EDEX Expo/ Toastmaster) , and the group President for 2026/2027 Mr.Nirodha Gallage was among the invitees.

It was an inspiring opportunity to engage with and empower the next generation of budding leaders of Royal College.

With just less than one week to go, we’re excited to launch the Lancers Tent - bringing together several Royal batches to create a bigger and better match experience for all of us.
