Mohammad Agha Ibrahimkhil joined Kardan University as a peon in 2017 when he struggled on many fronts. As a young talented person, he faced many ups and down to emerge triumphant. He quit the public university where he had secured a place to continue his bachelor’s degree solely due to financial issues his family faced. However, with perseverance and hard work, he embraced the challenges and turned them into promising opportunities.

After being employed at Kardan University, Mohammad Agha started taking English courses to improve his proficiency skills in that language. As a result of his hard work and commitment, he was promoted to the university receptionist and later the Enrollment Executive. He was also awarded several awards and appreciation certificates from the university management over the past years.

Despite many challenges, Mohammad Agha aspired to study Journalism and Mass Communication. He now pursues his favorite major in one of the private universities in Kabul. He believes that only hard work and commitment can help someone achieve his dreams and reach the pinnacles of Success.

Amrullah Hashimi’s Success Story
Amrullah Hashimi completed secondary education from Rana School in 2015 and earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kabul Polytechnic University in 2019. He is a hard-working individual with a keep passion for computer science and software-related fields.

In 2019, he achieved a bachelor’s degree by completing an E-library platform called “Kitabkhana”, aimed at helping students access the e-book and persuading them to boost the reading culture among the young talents in the community.

Mr. Hashimi has served at the Aga Khan Education Services (AKES) Afghanistan as a part-time English instructor from 2016 to 2018. He was the youngest lecturer of his cohort then and performed his responsibilities in the best possible manner.

Currently, he works as a full-time web developer at the Aga Khan Cultural Services (AKCS) Afghanistan, responsible for designing and developing websites, applications, and more. He devotes his time and energy to making online interfaces with clients and provides awareness about Afghani handmade crafts in international markets.

Mr. Hashimi is an active volunteer at the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). ICPC holds a programming contest every year between top programmers around the world. He is aspired to become a competent programmer who could represent Afghanistan in national and international programming contests.

We are thrilled to introduce Aziza Ahmadi, emerging young talent and inspiring character who never stops learning and leading the way for others. Aziza Ahmadi graduated from Shahrak-e- Khurasan High School, Kabul, with an average score of 96.97% in 2013. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from St. Joseph’s College for Women, Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh, India, in 2019.

During her study period in India, she learned about Indian culture, values and way of life. Also, she discovered her potential and ways of mastering new skills in contemporary times. She believes to be a humble human being; we need nothing but the willingness to open your mind and soul to others.

While studying for her degree, Ms Ahmadi participated in several important conferences, including Telangana Jagruthi International Youth Leadership Conference 2019, World Organization of Students and Youth (WOSY), focusing on women’s issues more.

Currently, Ms Ahmadi works at the State Ministry for Peace as a Communication and Coordination Officer in the women’s affairs department. She is responsible for organizing programs, preparing quarterly and annual work plans, and compiling information on women-related affairs.

In her spare time, she loves reading novels, socializing with people and building networks. She believes working smart is a fundamentally vital factor to succeed in life and achieve your goals rather than working hard.
